In 2020, the Empowerment box was born. Our fair trade subscription boxes contained handmade products made by women, who participate in cooperatives (co-ops). The purchased of a subscription box, supported the end of the exploitation of women. Fair trade promotes local sustainability, better prices, decent working conditions, and fair wages for services and goods. This mission supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Responsible Consumption and Production.

Through our boxes, we have supported women artisans in over 20 countries around the world. Each item came with a story of its maker and the impact of supporting her.
