We hope that you love your new fair trade products! As the items are unique, handcrafted, and specially designed by artisans, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products.

What happens if I received a damaged item?

Sometimes items can be broken in transit, and we are more than happy to replace your item for you within 5 business days of delivery.
